Charge Policy: Team Fan Warehouse charges your credit card (or Paypal) upon shipping of the merchandise.
Refunds and Returns Policy: Our refund and return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a defective product or we ship you an incorrect item, please notify us via email at customer service and include your name, address and contact phone number (also, order number on your receipt if you have it) and a description of the defect or incorrectly delivered item. We will have the incorrect/defective product picked up at no expense to you. If you decide you do not want an item, please contact us using the same email address above. State that you no longer want the item and wish to return it. In this case it will be your responsibility to ship the item back to us. You will be given an RMA number and return ship-to address. When we receive the item back, we will notify you via email of the return and your credit card will be reimbursed for the item and any applicable sales tax, less shipping charges.
Shipping Policies
Our shipping policy is to ship your order (if it is in stock) within 72 hours of receiving your order. If any one of the items you select is out-of-stock, we hold your order and inform you of the delay, giving you the option to wait for our inventory re-stock, or cancellation of the item from the order, or cancellation of the entire order. If you request a partial shipment on the in-stock items, you will be expected to pay all shipping charges incurred for multiple shipments from the same order.
During the holiday season, roughly November-December, those times are changed to reflect our business pattern. Please consult the two charts below to determine how quickly your order will ship from our warehouse, and the delivery days for expedited shipping.
