We endeavor to get all orders out as quickly as possible. The time it takes to ship an item depends upon availability, shipping method and our order volume. During the months of January-October, if you order with UPS ground shipping, we will ship all in-stock items within 1-3 business days. (Many times within 24 hours) If you order with either UPS 2nd Day air, or UPS overnight shipping by 3PM (eastern), your order will ship the same day. Expedited orders received after 3 PM Eastern time are not guaranteed to ship until the next day.
During our heaviest volume months, roughly November-December, if you order with UPS ground shipping and the item is in stock, your order should ship within 5-6 business days. If you order with UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight shipping by 12 PM (eastern), your order should ship the same day. Expedited orders received after 12 PM Eastern time are not guaranteed to ship until the next day.

When do you charge my credit card?
It is our policy to "authorize-only" your credit card at the time you place your order. Your credit card then gets charged upon shipping of your order. NOTE: If you use a debit card, the authorization places a hold on those funds in your checking account. To you, this may appear that we have charged you for your order. Actually we do not charge you until we ship. If you wish to avoid any hold on funds in your bank account, use a credit card instead of a debit card.

Team Fan Warehouse is part of a Commonwealth of Virginia corporation. Any orders shipping to a Virginia address are charged Virginia sales tax. The current Virginia sales tax rate for all products offered at Team Fan Warehouse is 5% of the product total.

First, if you have any product questions, feel free to call our toll-free number in the US or Canada at (877) 326-4839. But we have provided a method for you to see the available stock on our website for any product we offer. Simply place the item into your shopping cart. The column just to the right of the quantity you are ordering is labeled "in stock". That tells you how many we are showing in stock at our warehouse. This is not a real-time stock quotation. We receive inventory spreadsheets from the warehouse and post the information after each update. During January-October, these updates are every 48-72 hours. During our peak business months of November and December, these updates occur daily. If we are showing a low quantity for an item (typically 2 or less) feel free to call and check to make sure we have the item in stock.

Refunds and Returns Policy: Our refund and return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a defective product or we ship you an incorrect item, please notify us via email at customer service and include your name, address and contact phone number (also, order number on your receipt if you have it) and a description of the defect or incorrectly delivered item. We will have the incorrect/defective product picked up at no expense to you. If you decide you do not want an item, please contact us using the same email address above. State that you no longer want the item and wish to return it. In this case it will be your responsibility to ship the item back to us. You will be given an RMA number and return ship-to address. When we receive the item back, we will notify you via email of the return and your credit card will be reimbursed for the item and any applicable sales tax, less shipping charges.

Quantity discounts are offered on many of the smaller items at Team Fan Warehouse. To take advantage of the quantity discount, go to the item page and click the "Buy" button to place the item into your shopping cart. You are taken to the shopping cart where you can change the quantity in the "QTY" column and then click on the "Update" button. The correct quantity discounted price is placed in the "Unit Price" column for the quantity you wish to purchase, and the total for that number is displayed in the "Cost" column. If you change quantity, and the correct quantity discount price does not come up, please contact us at customer support and we will take care of the problem so that you can get the correct price on the quantity that you desire.
