Boys Party Ideas
"Boys will be boys!" You've heard it, chances are you've said it many times. And we all know what it means. Boys want to be men. They're strong, maybe even macho, but certainly they won't admit to being soft, compassionate, or other terms reserved for the girls!
If you've got a boy, maybe with an upcoming birthday, and you want to throw a party and make it special, something they will remember with fond recollections...can I suggest using a sports themed bithday party idea.
Themes for Party
If your son, nephew, or grandson has a favorite football team, why not use the sport and team as the theme for the party. Here are a few party ideas to make it a special occassion that your boy will remember long after everyone's gone home.
Of course no party is complete without food, beverages, and friends. To make sure the friends find the right house, hang a banner from a banner pole, or right on the front of the house. Or put a team garden flag at the mailbox. Better yet, if you have a flagpole in your yard, fly a 3 ft x 5 ft team flag right under the American flag so that your guests can find your house.
If the weather cooperates, provide a football for outdoor play during the party before you serve the cake and ice cream. If the weather's bad, get a pack of team temporary tattoos and apply them on every party goer as part of the party theme. Of course, not everyone attending will be a big fan of your boy's favorite team, so invite them to come sporting their favorite team's colors and gear.
